The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026. On-the-job Training is available. Tools & equipment are provided by the Employer. Board, Lodging, or Other Facilities are not applicable. SOC OCCUPATIONAL CODE & TITLE: 39-9032 Recreation Workers. WORK HOURS: thirty-five (35)anticipated hours of work per week, usually for five (5) days a week at seven (7) hours of work per workday. BASIC WAGE RANGE PAID: 8.96 - $10.00 per hour. OVERTIME WAGE RATE PAID: $13.44 - $15.00 per overtime hour. FREQUENCY OF PAY: Biweekly. PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS: All CNMI and Federal Income Taxes. Share in medical insurance and 401(k)retirement plan is optional. WORK LOCATION: Beach/pool side, Crowne Plaza Resort Saipan , Coral Tree Avenue, Garapan P.O. Box 10000 PMB 1028 PPP, Saipan MP 96950. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: Daily transportation is not applicable. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Conduct marine sports activities with groups in public, private, or volunteer agencies. Organize and promote marine sports activities, such as Managaha boat transfer, snorkeling, wakeboarding, jet ski, banana boat, sandbar, and other marine activities while taking into account the needs and interests of individual members. Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety. Assess the needs and interests of individuals and groups and plan activities accordingly, given the available equipment or facilities. Administer first aid according to prescribed procedures and notify emergency medical personnel when necessary. Complete and maintain time and attendance forms and inventory lists. Explain principles, techniques, and safety procedures to participants in recreational activities and demonstrate use of materials and equipment. Direct special activities or events, such as aquatics and marine sports. Evaluate recreation areas, facilities, and services to determine if they are producing desired results. Greet new arrivals to activities, introducing them to other participants, explaining facility rules, and encouraging participation. Confer with management to discuss and resolve participant complaints. Assist and provide support to Boat Captains as they prepare marine vehicles, jet ski, banana boats to include docking, getting underway, and while on the Saipan lagoon.
